The Orinda Library was getting ready to celebrate its 100th Anniversary. The Friends of the Orinda Library teamed together with the library to create a celebration honoring the history of the library and its important role in the community.
Working as a volunteer Board member, began the project by designing a logo to unite the event marketing efforts. Designed all event promotional materials to feature the new identity, including balloons, posters, signage, and banners.
Designed and produced a newsletter featuring the story of the history of the library and vintage archival photos.
”Michelle has great design sense, and has created a complete membership and marketing campaign for Friends of the Orinda Library. Thanks to Michelle, the Friends have a new logo, brochures, window clings, posters and signage, as well as a redesign of our website and newsletter. The look is clean and sophisticated. Michelle has worked well with a large board comprising diverse viewpoints, and is greatly appreciated for everything she has done. I highly recommend her graphic design capabilities.
